The peristaltic pump works on the principle of forced displacement. The rollers fixed on the motor axis rotate in the cassette of the peristaltic head and squeeze the tube, forcing the fluid to be pumped through the tube. When using this method of pumping liquid, you do not need to worry that the pumped liquid will come into contact with any moving parts of the pump, you will no longer need to use flow meters and you will be able to measure the amount of pumped liquid regardless of its viscosity and density. Peristaltic pump dispenser, equipped with a controller that controls the speed of rotation of the engine, which allows dispensing with a capacity of up to 900 doses / hour, the controller allows you to control the direction of pumping liquid (direct / reverse) and is equipped with an external pedal to control dispensing in manual mode. The controller also has the ability to connect an external control signal through a serial data interface to organize the operation of the dispenser as part of industrial filling lines and automatic dispensing systems.
