Dispenser by flow rate (dispenser by flow meter) is intended for packing liquid or thick products with inclusions up to 3 mm. Doses from 1 to 30 liters.
Installations for filling liquid products with filling by flow rate (hereinafter referred to as "installation") are used as processing equipment for filling liquid products for food, medical and technical purposes. When filling food products, materials in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
For filling foaming liquids, a pneumatic drive is installed on the dispenser for lowering the branch pipes to the bottom of the container. This avoids foaming of the product during filling.
The installation is a floor-standing equipment operating in a semi-automatic mode - the dispensing and stopping of the poured product is carried out automatically, and the container is supplied manually by the operator. The operation of the installation is based on the principle of filling containers with a product according to the set consumption. The flow rate is set on the control panel in milliliters / pulses. It is possible to adjust the dose depending on the type of product (its viscosity / fluidity).
The installation is made in the form of a table on which are mounted:
- system of controlled feeding of the product into the filled container,
- system of raising and lowering the dispensing pipes (pneumatic on request),
- container capping device (on order on a separate table),
- dosing process control panel,
- pump.
The control panel and the electric pump are powered from an alternating current with a voltage of 220 (380) V and a frequency of 50 Hz.
Installation productivity - 250 pcs / hour. (five liter bottles).
The installation works according to the following principle. The operator manually places the container under the dispensing nozzles and lowers the dispensing nozzles into the container. In this case, the solenoid valves open and the liquid enters the container. After the required amount of product has been counted, the solenoid valves close. The operator moves the filled container to the capping position. Then the sequence of actions is repeated.
The filling equipment is made according to the specific requirements of the client. The photo above shows a control unit with real-time product temperature indication. In this case, this allows you to avoid violation of the temperature regime when filling the product.
